Registration Cost for the 2018 Wildflower Pilgrimage

$140 per person for the Full Wildflower Pilgrimage Weekend

Registration Instructions

Registration is a two-step process. First, submit the form below. You may include as many parties as you wish on one form, so long you are paying for everyone in the group, and the entire group shares the same field trip and evening program show time preferences. Step two, make a payment either online through the provided link, or you may send a check by mail to Arc of Appalachia in care of Wildflower Pilgrimage, 7660 Cave Road, Bainbridge, OH 45612. Registration is not complete until full payment is received, at which time you will receive an email with payment, field trip, and evening show time confirmation. If you have any questions, you may contact us at services@arcofappalachia.org or by calling 937-365-1935.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, refunds will be granted in full up until April 1, 2018. After that time, all payments are final and if not used, will be recorded as a tax deductible donation to the Arc of Appalachia. Registrations are transferable. If transferring your registration to another party, please be sure to give us your recipient’s name and email.
