What do we do with your information?

Your personal information, submitted when registering for a course or reserving lodging facilities is used to contact you with details. You may also be invited to join our email list. You may decline this invitations or unsubscribe at any time.

When submitting a donation to the Arc of Appalachia, your personal information is used to track your contribution history, and send biannual newsletters and other membership information to you. Your donation or personal information is not made public except for circumstances required by federal or state law. You may request that we stop communications at any time.

Your name and email submitted when joining our mailing list are only used for the purpose of sending updates and news concerning the Arc of Appalachia. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Subscribing to our email list can be done in the following ways: 1) Writing in your email address on the sign up sheet when visiting Highlands Nature Sanctuary, Serpent Mound, or Fort Hill, or while attending any event or workshop. 2) Using the website form to sign up for the mailing list. 3) Expressing interest by email or phone that you would like to be added to the email list.

There is always a small risk that information submitted over the internet may be intercepted by third parties. By submitting your information over the internet to the Arc of Appalachia, you agree to assume this risk.
