Would you like lodging at one of our volunteer centers? Lodging is available for the weekend at Kellogg Community House and TES Farm; the former has beds, the latter requires a bedroll. Neither house is in final finished form, but they are heated and clean, with bathrooms and hot water. Bring your own linens, blankets, pillow, dinners, and breakfast, soap, and shampoo. If demand exceeds room, we will give first priority to folks who want lodging the night before the event. If room is sufficient, you can stay both before and after your work day. Please let us know your preferences. If No, leave blank.

Protecting the Future of the Arc: Necessary Recognition of Risk: Before submitting this form, please know that participants for volunteer events must recognize that they are dealing with some level of physical risk. Although staff and volunteers in charge will make every effort to have a safe event, and although we have never actually experienced even one serious accident to date, participants need to know that removing the possibility of an accident, minor or catastrophic, is regrettably not within our absolute ability. We will be working in the out-of-doors, often in groups, with a low staff to volunteer ratio, which increases physical injury risk compared to a casual hike in the woods. By clicking and submitting this form,
I certify that I and the others I am registering have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating in the event, or else I agree to bear the cost of such injury or damage and will refrain from engaging in a lawsuit against the Arc of Appalachia Preserve System, the consequence of which would otherwise greatly injure the future of this organization's ability to operate its worthy mission with or without volunteer programs, whether or not the suit was won or lost. Please, help keep our safety record a perfect one. Use caution when working. Come prepared with proper gear, and be alert to the safety of self and those around you. Thank you.
